SANRAL launches pothole app
[{“type”:”text”,”content”:”As part of the initiative, SANRAL rolled out an app on which motorists can report potholes on any road. SANRAL will use the assistance of road users on a national level to identify roads with potholes, enabling the organization to determine why relevant Road Authorities have not yet repaired their roads. Where needed, SANRAL will then arrange for the repair of potholes. nnAgri SA has engaged with SANRAL following the launch of the app to provide a comprehensive list of roads in a bad state across the country, particularly in rural areas, as per a previous survey done by Agri SA. SANRAL has subsequently undertaken to use this information. Agri SA further encourages its members and the broader community to download the app and use it to track progress on affected roads, helping SANRAL gather further information on areas previously missed. nnDownload the app from the Apple Store (for iPhone users) or the Google play store (for Android users). Alternatively, visit the Vala Zonke website.”,”position”:0,”id”:”ZLdt5zkIEY3wgxfm”}]
